Diane T, Bonaccorsi, MD
Dr. Bonaccorsi attended Villanova University and then received her medical degree from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago in 1980. She then completed her Family Practice residency in 1983 at Lutheran General Hospital/University of Illinois where she was chief resident. Dr. Bonaccorsi founded Green Hills Family Medicine Associates in 1984. She is a fellow in the American Academy of Family Practice and is board certified and recertified three times. Dr. Bonaccorsi received a prestigious award from the Academy of Family Physicians in 2005 naming her "Family Physician of the Year" in Pennsylvania.
B. Charles Muvdi, MD
Dr. Muvdi attended Bradley University in Peoria, II, then received his medical degree from the University of Illinois in 1980. He completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at Lutheran General Hospital and Evanston Hospital /Northwestern University School of Medicine. He received Board Certification in Internal Medicine in 1983. In 2014 Dr Muvdi joined our practice. He is board certified in Critical Care, Geriatric Medicine and Hospitalist Medicine. Dr. Muvdi also works as a Hospitalist at St Joseph Hospital.
Kimberly Rauenzahn, DO
Dr. Rauenzahn received her undergraduate education in 1999 at Mansfield University in Mansfield, PA. Dr Rauenzahn then attended medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Family Medicine, graduating in 2004. Her family practice residency was completed at St Joseph Medical Center in Reading and is board certified in Osteopathic Medicine. She joined Green Hills Family Medicine in 2007.
Brent Calhoon, PA-C
Mr. Calhoon received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Kutztown University in 1992. He graduated from Beaver College (now Arcadia University) in 2000. Mr. Calhoon has been employed as a Physician Assistant since graduating. He worked in internal medicine, but also has experience in cardiology and most recently in rheumatology. He joined Green Hills Family practice in 2013. Brent is also certified to do CDL Exams.
Kristin Kimma, CRNP
Mrs. Kimma received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Bloomsburg University in 2002. Upon completion of her degree, she was commissioned as an Officer in the United States Navy Nurse Corps where she was stationed at Naval Medical Center San Diego for 4 years. She specialized in Med/Surg and Ambulatory Surgery. After fulfilling her obligation to the Navy, she returned home to Reading, PA and worked for 7 years in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit at St. Joseph Medical Center. Mrs. Kimma has 14 years of nursing experience and received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Bloomsburg University in 2016 with certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She also has experience in Home Health Nursing, and has worked as a clinical faculty adjunct for the schools of nursing at both Alvernia University and Reading Area Community College. She recently completed an orthopedic internship at the Reading Hospital Bone and Joint Care Center.
