Welcome to Green Hills Family Medicine Associates, a division of Integrated Medical Associates, PC. We are pleased that you have chosen our practice to coordinate your health care needs. Because we are committed to quality care, we have developed this website so that you may understand our policies and procedures, and therefore, receive the best care possible from our physicians and staff. As always, we welcome your questions, comments and suggestions.

Appointments can be scheduled by calling 610-777-4040 during regular business hours. We understand that a sickness cannot be planned, however, please call as early in the day as possible for a sick visit so that we can see you the same day. Accepting "walk-in" patients makes everybody's wait longer than necessary, so please call for an appointment. Although we strive to keep your office wait to a minimum, patients with an emergent problem may take precedence. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Please help us to maintain our schedule by contacting us if you are unable to keep your appointment. If your appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours from the appointment time, you will be charged.

For a life threatening emergency (severe shortness of breath, heart attack symptoms, uncontrolled bleeding, poisoning, loss of consciousness) call 911.
After hour calls: physicians are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. When our office is closed, our answering service will take your call and will contact the provider on call; your call will be returned.

Telephone calls to clinical staff: Patients are encouraged to call with any questions they may have on medical issues, medication questions or test results. All calls are documented in your medical record. To speak with a member of our staff call 610-777-4040 and listen to the prompts so that your message gets forwarded to the proper person. Your questions can also be addressed thru the patient portal.

Patient Portal: The patient portal is an on line link to our office. You can request a portal activation letter from our staff, then log in to, activate your account and you will have the ability to: update you demographics, update insurance information, request an appointment, view your upcoming appointments, request medication refills and send a question to one of the providers in our office. You can send a message thru the portal at any time; however, the portal messages are only addressed during regular business hours.

Prescription refills: requests should be called to the office Monday­Friday 9am-4pm. So that we have sufficient time to get your request authorized and phoned in please allow us 48 hour notice. Please do not wait until the last day of your medication to call the office. Have your prescription name, strength, quantity, 30 day or 90 day supply and your pharmacy information.

Referral request: Most managed care plans require referrals for specialist and or diagnostic testing. We will complete referrals Monday thru Friday 9am-4pm. If you have a scheduled appointment that requires a referral, please give 72 hour notice. If you access care without a prior referral you will be responsible for the bill associated with your care. We are not able to issue retroactive referrals.
